BCAA Information
BCAA's contains a blend of branch chain amino acids, which make up part of muscle protein, protect muscles from the stress of training, increase muscle size and aid muscle retention. SportPharm BCAA's are made from pure USP grade Branched Chain Amino Acids, including I-leucine, I-isoleucine and I-valine. Branched chain amino acids have been demonstrated to decrease protein degradation and increase protein synthesis in muscle and liver. BCAA's may also be oxidized peripherally to serve as a fuel source.

BCAA Suggested Usage
Take 3 capsules, 3 times per day, between meals and after training.

I-Leucine - 400mg, I-Isoleucine - 200mg, I-Valine - 200mg
