In three days of taking dyma-retic my physique became very impressive. I was taking dyma-retic so that i would get ripped by prom. When i started taking it I was 155lbs. Afterwards I leaned out to 147lbs. My arms, my chest, and abs looked good. But I do not recommend taking it if your competing in an endurence sport. (ie: wrestling, track, & etc.)You need all the water you have for those sports and others. And trust me my date loved the results. again& again (sorry no pics yet)
