This product claims to have 1000mg of calcium, 200mcg of Selenium, etc. when you read the specs they make you think that each capsule has that amount but NO. You have to take 4 capsules to get that dosage. So basically, you have devide every mg amount by four and you will see how much it has. Conclusion: It only has 250mg of Calcium, 50mcg of Selenium, etc.
