Not worth it The GNC L-Glutamine pills are just as
effective! Don't get me wrong, you need
a good amount of L-Glutamine, but the
price DOES NOT effect the result!!!

Worth It Have seen increased muscle tonicity and
minor weight weight loss with out loss
of strength. Feel great after workout,
not sore or tired at all.

Best L-Glutamine? yup This is by far the best L-Glutumine
product I have ever tried. Most
L-Glutamine products I have used require
a very large amount (25+grams) to really
show any effects. I only use 15 grams of
GL3 and get awesome effects! I'm NEVER
sore, always pumped after a workout
(just like creatine), have 10-20% more
strength during workouts, and feel
refreshed when I wake up. Also, I never
get sick! Highly recommended.
