Superb! Designer Whey has been around for years
and there's a reason for it. It
works, plain and simple. They don't
rely on special 8 page ad reports in bb
magazines, they don't need to. I used
this stuff in high school when I was
really into lifting with good results.
I'm now 31, have been working out off
and on over the past 15 years. I've
lifted with and without it and what a
difference. Recovery times are
incredible when taken before and after
workouts. I feel like I should be
hitting each muscle group every day
because they never get sore. Truly
amazing. Stick with what's worked for
many people, for many years. Wow I feel
like I should be getting paid for
this... :) oh yeah and it's never
given me dairrhea.

Diarrhea...4 days and going The taste is great! (especially the
strawberry flavor) That is why I rated
it 2 stars and not 1. Otherwise, for me,
it is diarrhea straight for 4 days and
going. I am going back to GNC and
probably take the other guys advice on
getting the GNC protein. I did some
research though, and accordingly, some
powders are problamatic for some people
and not for others. Good luck!

Finally, something that works After getting ridiculed for having
chicken legs (even by
complete strangers) I've been wanting
to increase the
size of my calves. But at first I was
reluctant to use any
protein supplements because they are
known to make
you fat, even if you work out
rigorously. But after seeing
the effects Designer Whey had on my
brother, I decided
to give it a go. The conclusion? As part
of a workout
regime that included running, some
cycling and calf
raises, the supplement helped define my
calves over the
course of four months. Not make them
bigger, but more
defined, which is fine by me. The only
negative is that if
you're not careful, it can put on a
beer belly. I would
suggest for those who are looking to
just tone up-- and
not bulk up-- to take it in extreme
moderation, the way
you would take calcium or zinc.
Remember: it's a
supplement, not a replacement. I hope
this helps.

Absolutely the best balanced whey! Very good taste, nutritionally balanced,
and fairly priced. I usually blend a
shake of fresh pineapple, ice, skim milk
and Designer Whey.

Good Protein, Good Price I have been using this protein for many
years and have known other people to use
it as well. I have never experienced it
or heard of it causing diarrhea. It is
one of the best proteins out there,
especially considering the price.

Ditto on the Diarrhea! I didn't want to believe that it was
this very cost-effiecient tub of whey,
but its true -- total diarrhea!

Hershey squirts man, this stuff gave me diarrhea, i
tired mixing with water and milk. both
gave me diarrhea. Use GNC whey, it is
much more effective. I've been using
GNC whey and i have doubled in strength
