Helping me get captain! I took stacker last year (December of
06-February of 07) and lost 30 lbs! Not
only was I able to look amazing in my
dress but I had energy I had before only
wished I had. I stopped taking the
pills and kept the weight off over the
summer but when I entered college I
quickly put the weight back on, I have
recently starting take them again and in
the past two weeks and paired with a
reduced calorie diet I have lost almost
14lbs and am quickly becoming twice as
active. My cheerleading captain is
currently prepairing me to become
captain my junior year of college! I owe
everything to stacker... my look, my
self-esteem, and my progress!

They Do Work They Do work, but eating less fatty
foods and minimal excercise will help
them work even more. Lost 3lbs

Trying to loose 50lbs by early May I took Stacker 3 about 5 years ago and
lost 55 lbs in 2 months then I stopped
taking them and gained the weight back
and more. Now I have started to take
them again since nothing else seems to
work and in 4 days I lost 6 lbs. If they
keeping burning off my weight at that
rate I can reach my goal by early May!

It worked for me I dont know the reasons but this product
was KEY to helping me drop 75 pounds in
the last 6 months. Combined with high
protein diet and NO exercise I dropped
from a 38+ waist to 32 inch. Now I am
ready to exercise wihtout all that extra
weight from fat stressing my back and
hips. I never felt better and highly
recommend this product.
I had used Hydroxycut but stopped
because it gave me palpitations and
severe mood swings. Stacker 3 does
enerize me but not with these same
effects. Maybe it will work for you.

They Work But... The product does work. You will lose
weight. However, you will feel nervous
and queasy at first. You will go to the
bathroom A LOT. Which is how you lose
the weight. Best to take these to
accelerate weight loss. Once you are
relatively happy with where you are,
start to get off of them and increase
your weekly exercize. Otherwise, that
weight will come back almost instantly.
No joke. This product is NOT an answer
to permanent weight loss but a good
extra little boost to get your self
esteem up. Don't become reliant on
these things.

why ephedra is banned For the dumb people who commented on why
ephedra is illegal. It's not because
people abused it it is because many
people had adverse reactions even when
used as directed. The main side effect
was peoples hearts blowing up.

it made me lose weight, but didn't give me enery boost I have been taking stacker 3 for about 6
months and i'm at my perfect weight BMI
23. And totally lost 80 lbs by using
stackers the passed 6 months. But it
didn't give me an energy boost at all,
it made me sleepy and tired, so I took
one in the evening - it was like a
sleeping pill to me. What it did was
increasing my metabolism and I had to
shit 2 times a day, while it used to be
once in 2 days, so an increase of 4
times. Yes, it will make you lose weight
and helped me a lot, but if you don't
want to sit on the toilet more often
than you already do, then just don't
use stackers 3.

i'm losing weight i was pushing a size 15-16 and i was
pissed, i had never been that big in my
life, even 9 months pregnant...So i
bought a small pack of stacker 3's at
wal mart in desperation... none of my
clothes are fitting and i was tired of
getting bigger.. Since i have been
taking stacker 3's for a total of 1 wk
now, i have lost close to 15 pounds as
of today. Hallelujah!!! But the first
day i took them, i only took one b/c i
couldn't take any more than that
without getting really sick.. I didn't
feel good the first day i took them, but
i didn't care, i wanted to continue to
take them to see what would happen..
After the 2nd day i was able to start
taking 2 a day, i don't take one after
2 pm though or you won't be able to go
to sleep at a decent time...You will
have lots of energy during the day to
work out and get your unfinished work
done..Once they start wearing off you
might feel a little sick... My plan is
to take these short term so i am just
trying to get through all of this right
now....Each day seems to get better....I
was SO HAPPY to see the scales this
morning.. Last thurs i was at 188 pounds
on the scale, and today 1 wk later i am
at 173... 15 pounds in 1 wk.. That works
for me!!! Now i just hope it continues,
but that is a great start for a diet...
I have not been eating as much, in fact
I don't eat very much at all.. And you
will drink A TON of water on these,
which is a good thing, i don't drink
sodas at all, and i just drink 1 cup of
coffee in the mornings.. B/C i see such
a signigant change in my weight already
i don't even want to eat any unhealthy
or fattening food.. i am losing weight
too fast to ruin it now... I definately
want to get to a size 9 by next
Thursday.. But in the long run i am
hoping to at least get to a size 6
again.!!! I was happy last night when i
went to JCPenney and was able to buy a
saize 11/12 in jr's sizes.. It might
just be the brand, but that felt freakin
awesome for a wk, and last thursday I
could barely fit into my size
14's...This is a great product to boost
a diet, but i wouldn't recommend it for
long term, but hopefully it will give
you better eating habits for a
lifetime....

I obessed with my weight I alwasy been obesse with my weight. I
ysed to get made fun of with I was
younger so iwould exercise. whe you are
younger you lose weight fater. so i was
at the weight I wanted. but i got lazy
as I got older. so my frien dintroduced
to me stackers 3 I love it casue when I
work out I get a energy rush feeling.
aslo it makes me happy :) Even if I'm
at work I can feel i'm burning fat
casue I start sweating. I love stacker 3
it helps me eat right too. I f i don't
eat right I will be on the tolit for a
long time cause it taked the bad food
out of your system and keeps the good
stuff in. I eat right casue i don't
want to be on the tolit at day. it help

Bring back ephedra!! To the reviewer that tried Stacker 5

it's because Stacker 3 is nothing but
herbal supplements and CAFFEINE now.
Before when you took this it has ephedra
and that is the key component that made
this product work. BRING BACK THE

Chubby and sleepless. I used to take stackers about five years
ago. It kept my weight down and gave me
tons of energy each and everyday. About
a year before I had my last child I
stopped taking it. My weight went from
135 to 140. I blew up to 192 during my
pregnancy of my last child. This month
she will turn 4 and I am sick of
strattling 160 and 170 on the scales.
So, for the past 2 weeks I've been
taking Stackers again and I've gained
about 3 lbs and cannot sleep at night
when I need to at all. If anyone has
any suggestions I would appreciate it.

thank god it's back! I took stacker 3 about 3 years ago and i
lost 75lbs in 4 months!!!!!! then they
banned it while i was still taking it. I
was able to keep the weight off until i
had a baby 7 weeks ago....during my

am still 50lbs overweight. I am soooooo
excited to hear that the ephedra ban was

I just don't understand This is what I don't understand, They
take Ephedra off the market because
people abused it.....what is the
difference between that and alcohol????
Now, I'm not by any means saying there
should be a ban on alcohol however,
people whose livers are already green
drink alcohol everyday and they do so

Stacker 3's (WITH EPHEDRA) "were" the
best thing that ever happened to me and
since they've taken it off the market,
I'm the biggest I've ever been in my
life and the same drunk is still sitting
down there on the corner with his bottle

Great Product Before they took Ephedra products off

Its back I just started taking stacker 3 since

lbs without any dieting. in fact I
worked at a sportsbar where I was
constantly eating fattening deep fried
food and continued to do so while taking
stacker. I never excercised but did
feel increased energy within minutes of
taking staker 3. Since the time it was
taken off the market and changing to a
lesser active job, I have regained 10
lbs and even with a low calorie diet and
1 hour excercise 3 times weekly for the
past two months I have only dropped 3
lbs. I've used other so called "fat
burners" but nothing comes close to
Stacker 3.

SMOKEY I am very depressed that they took the
real Stacker 3 off the market. I lost
forty pounds in three months and was
able to wear a two piece bathing suit
again. I didn't abuse the product and
