   If you are not working out with this product you are lame anyways and are just wasting your time. I am 5'8" and weighed 245 lbs. in just 2 months i lost 50 lbs. and im getting chiseled up pretty good. im not where i want to be just yet but im on the right path. for those who think this dosent work, Dont buy it! that will leave more for me. For those who want to lose fat gain muscle, Buy it. Just remember No workout = No results. Im going to do what dude said below and double up on my dosage i too want maximum results.

   i think this stuff works. i cut weight with it, and gained muscle. im thinking of ordering more because the price is right, but im also looking at alternatives to get maximum results......

   i started out at 3 pills a day then jumped to 9 pills aday and let me tell you the strength and the actuall weight gain with the youthfull look is insane my well being is great did i mention that i was 30yrs old,repping 405lbs 5 sets 5 reps its sick.......try it

   So far this product seems ok. Nothing remarkable in a 2 week period, but supplements of most kinds usually take some time to show benefits. No need to get all riled up.

1.  Maybe down to age
   Anyone under the age of 24 should not need this. I'm 32 and noticed a difference in tendon stength, my tendons healed quicker after over doing the reps. The last 2 years I've struggled to excercise my muscle due to tendons & cartlidge giving way. Needs to be more tests on this stuff.

   all you guys that said it doesnt work are full of shit...i put on 10 pounds stacking with NOxplode......and now am benching 320 and squatting 475.....the stuff does work you just have to up the dosage and experiment

   I was like reppin 205 like 4 times in only 1 set...then a week after taking HGC my bench boomed and I repped 205 5 times 2 sets!!! So yea I guess It's working so far...I'm 17 years old.

   I`ve read the few reviews that were here and I must say that this product mainly improves looks and reverses the biological clock of the individual. I haven`t tried it yet and I`m not bothered about having bulging muscles. Always give things a chance.

   I am 18 years old and I have taken HGC for a period of time. After I was finished with the bottle I saw no results. This product is a complete waste of money and time. I do not recomend it.
