  1.  Side Effects
    Well every one forgets to tell you about this, even the guy selling it to you!. It can be bit of a shock if you dont expect it and reading reviews saying it gives you a kick is an understatement. But dont threat it only lasts the first time you take it, ie Day 1. but what a buzz! i took my pack on an empty stomach in the morning within 20 minutes i was tripping, and not in a positive sense neither!, i was completey body stoned and i had to go to work, it lasted 4 hours before i came down, then i took another pack mid afternoon bang! tripping again, geez what was i getting my self into. so driving and working with heavy machinery is not really a good idea. So i was freaking out thinking i cant do this for 20 more days cause its so potent, but dont be a girls blouse because the next day i relutantly took my next pak and nothing happened my body got acustomed to the paks, THANK GOD, so now i operate quite confident knowing that im not going to trip out again, grateful that i can drive and work now, a thermo + caffine stak can be quite a shock to the system. So i recommend that DAY 1. Start in the weekend, ie Saturday. as the buzz can be quite awkward, but by monday you should be able to continue your daily routine with out any dramas. One of the only products that dont give me headaches, so very happy, and its funny walking in the shadows as paraniod about sunlight, crazy stuff lol

  1.  Ridiculous, only if combined with hardcore training, diet, and cardio
    To achieve the ripped body that most men want, but very few achieve, a triangle needs to be created. This is intense training, a very good diet(drink your water), and at least 4 to 5 cardio sessions a week. IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THE TRIANGLE OF GETTING RIPPED, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY BUYING A QUALITY SUPPLEMENT. You will see results ONLY if you can have the discipline to do your part. Animal Cuts can aid in your process, but you have to be an absolute maniac to getted a ripped-up look. Do yourself a favor and train to your absolute failure, and eat what makes most people sick, (you know shit like tuna, chicken breast, turkey) and of course your veggies and brown rice. And get your ass on that damn treadmill and shut your mouth and just do it. No one ever said that getting ripped would be easy, it takes a little bit of time, some patience, courage, determination, and a little bit of craziness. However, you will achieve your ultimate look by takining animal cuts IF you combine it with an absolute freak show in the gym, and in your diet!! DO IT now, don't wait around and wait for it to happen, go achieve your goal and commit yourself. If you really want that ripped physique there is basically nothing that will stop you. Be a maniac until you are satisfied with the way you look. Thats how you see the best results. And when your training, think of everyone in your life that has told you that it couldn't be done! You know what you have to do. Be your own inspiration.

    i think its an awesome product, if combined with a clean diet and workout routine, u WILL see results, i have been taking it for 2 weeks now and i have lost 3 lbs of water weight ! its just awesome

  1.  Worked well when dieting for show preserved lean muscle
    While I was dieting Animal Cuts seemed to help me retain more muslce than in previous experiences. I would reccomend it to the hardcore lifter not the half asses individuals who expect miracles from supplements.

  1.  Dont waste your money
    Used for 6 weeks. Barely notciable effect. I did lose 2 pounds of fat. But that was due to my change in diet and increase in cardio. It also made me dizzy in the mornings
