New formulation worse ABB has changed the formulation of Pure
Pro and made it worse. I liked the old
version of PurePro grape. This new stuff
is awful. It has a very chemical taste
and is harder on my stomach.

I beg to differ I'm not a body builder. I take pure pro
because I've had stomach by-pass
surgery and I have to get at least 40
grams of protein in a day. I've tried
just about every protien drink on the
market just hoping to find one that
doesn't make me sick. Pure Pro is one
of the only protein drinks that I
actually enjoy and doesn't make me
sick. I know Pure Pro is kind of pricey
but well worth it for what you get.

Great for recovery, tastes okay I have one after every very intense
weight workout, and the decreased muscle
soreness the next day is definitely
worth managing the taste, which isn't
too great. It is also pretty filling
for only 180 calories per bottle. I
would definitely suggest this product to
individuals who lift intensely and have
a hard time meeting your protein
requirements.

Taste-wise, this fails miserably I usually would never have bought a
bottle of this due to its insane price.
It was only because I needed an excuse
to talk to talk to the cute checker at
the register that I thought I'd give it
a try.
This flavor tastes exactly like the
chewable Flinstone vitamins I had as a
kid with about the same constency you'd
expect if you ground them up and added
them to water. I can't really comment
on the performance aspect of this since
I'm still sipping it as I write this.
Yeah, even though I can't stand the
taste I'm going to choke it down; I've
never been one to waste money.
I know it's hard to create a
good-tasting ready-to-drink protein
drink but I'd definitely suggest you
try other flavors before purchasing this
one.
