1.  It actually worked
   I took this stuff for 3 days and I already lost all i wanted to loose. It got rid of my love handles! I was so amazed at how fast it worked. I think it made me pee allot and I was super hungry and I hate more but I still lost the weight I wanted to loose. I'm not sure about numbers cuz I never weighed myself but my love handles are gone and im super duper happy.!!!!!!!!! Another thing that it did that wasnt so good though is it made me aggrivated. I mean i was about ready to rip sombodies head off. I had no idea why i was so cranky but I guess its a side effect. I"m normally a shy person but I was so mad i started speaking up on stuff. I was shocked at myself..haha. I think the only reason id stop taking it is because of this side effect. I dont like being mad all the time.

1.  Do not take RF at all
   it didnt do anything for my weight that normal exercise didnt do and its caused heart problems the doc said that its too blame now i have tachycardia attacks off and on daily and have almost fainted on several occasions, it sent me to the E.R. for 7 hours

1.  lets be serious
   saying that you squad leader almost died becuase he took it before a race is one random scenario and doesn't truly represent a person who would normally take the product. i have taken RF 2 times and like others have lost a steady amount each time (10lbs). If you follow the directions, and dont run a marathon then next day than you will be happy with your results. the key is eating healty and working out as well. no matter how fast your metabolism is, doritos and ice cream will always win the battle. pz
