1.  It Works... Nuff Said
   I'm a runner... If I start drinking this approx 1 hour before a run... I run longer than if I'd not drank any. If I don't drink any I won't be able to run the following day (dead legs)... I drink it before and after a run/workout... full strenght before and half strength after. I've tried others... they don't come close to this stuff AF, New Jersey

1.  excellent for carbs
   People looking for an "energy drink" should look elsewhere. Ultra Fuel is meant to provide high-GI carbs for consuming immediately after a workout. With 100g of carbs per serving, it does exactly that. Mix it with some Vitol protein powder for the ultimate post-workout drink. The fruit punch flavor is delicious, and the price is right.

1.  IT WORKS GREAT
   ULTRA FUEL WORKS !!! IT IS A GREAT POST WORK-OUT DRINK,AND A GOOD REFRESHER EVEN ON NON-WORKOUT DAYS.THE PRICE IS PERFECT FOR PEOPLE THAT DON'T LIKE TO SPEND ALOT OF MONEY JUST TO HAVE ENERGY. I HAVE NOT TRIED ANY FLAVOR OTHER THAN ORANGE,BECAUSE I STAY WITH THINGS I LIKE. ORANGE FLAVOR IS GREAT,IT TASTES LIKE AN ORANGE SOFT-DRINK WITHOUT THE CARBONATION.LASTLY, THE RECOVERY TIME OF MY WORK-OUTS IS FAST AND ALMOST COMPLETLY PAIN FREE.

   well the stuff tastes like dog crap( fruit punch) but i did give me some energy after taking it. its ok but i dont think its worth 20 bucks

   this stuff is ment to give u energy for activities that u do ... which it does this berry flavor tastes pretty good and i do notice it helping me so yeah buy it if u want an energy drink
