1.  EAS is reliable
   back back in the days, I used workout like an animal, 6 days/week, 2-3 hrs/day, I was ripped to the bone. I used to take EAS protein/Creatine/HMB,this stuff works. I've tried other creatine products and I have never experience anything close to EAS, today I'm skinny as hell and I picked up Betagen cuz I feel a little bit of trust on EAS, I was afraid of picking up the muscletech product cuz there is so much damn advertising you can't tell what's whath in the context of Does this product really work or is it pure, nothing but good mother****ing Bullshitting. There goes my money.

1.  Amazing.
   I just went back to betagen and a high protein moderate carb diet to lean out. It works. I finished up my cellmass, no-xplode stack w/ a high protein high carb diet and my measure ments are not any thing, that i couldnt gain with betagen. I will stick with betagen because i dont feel bad after my workouts or tired later on in the day. And to the person making the comment about it being for the beginner and he says hes not one. You only work out 3 days a week you should a descent split to get about 5 days a week of lifting isolating different muscles and allowing your metabolism to stay up. Unless you can just do some amazing workouts on those 3 days and your muscles repair very slowly i would stay with what you do. Betagen works better than any creatine based supplement i have tried. it also adds other amino acids like l-glutamine and taurine. Also vitamins like thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, B12,and pantothenic acid. It also has HMB. This is a great combination and all i can say this is a great product.

1.  Betagen Newbie
   Started using Betagen 10 days ago, my body has changed...hardened and strengthened. Drink lots of water with this as it causes heartburn. Also, this makes me piss like a racehorse. I'll keep using it.
