not bad
i am on my second cycle of this product. i've noticed a steady loss of weight. i've lost 12 lbs in three months, no doubt some muscle gain is there as well. i have not experienced any of the side affects as the previous reviewer had stated. i have been watching my diet closely, so i can't contribute all of my success to this product.

Not very helpful product at all. Save your money for something else
I used this product for about 3 weeks, and the most i noticed was light headed-ness, increased heart rate, and dehydration. I lost maybe 4 lbs, but i completely changed the way i ate at the same time. This product made it difficult to perform the same cardio exercises i previously did, because heart rate increased dramatically at times, and i became light headed easily. I did, however, notice an increase in energy due to the caffeine though. I suggest ephedra-free Hydroxycut over this.
