How do you eat SHOT?

Tear top at tear notch on left side of package.
Once tear has reached the stamped-out hole, pull downward on the Litter Leash leaving leash attached to package
Fold Litter Leash out of the way and squeeze contents of package into your mouth.
Wash down with a few mouthfuls of water to speed digestion.


When should SHOT be used?

Eat one packet 45 minutes to one hour prior to exercise to top off stored carbohydrate levels.
During exercise, take one SHOT every 30 minutes to maintain energy levels (more frequently for high levels of exertion).
Take one SHOT immediately after exercise to assist in muscle recovery.
