The proportions of protein, carbs, and fat in Met Endurance reflect the professional endurance athlete's trend toward increased protein, moderate complex carbs and MCT fat, known as the fatless fat because it is much less likely to become body fat yet it gives you the caloric density you need for maximum endurance effort. Metabolol Endurance Suggested Usage
When you are ready to train, but your last meal was many hours ago, Metabolol Endurance Formula is exactly what you need. Mix one serving (2 scoops) with 12 oz. of water in a blender. Most people can train immediately without any problem. Before your workout, drink one serving of Metabolol Endurance Formula, mixed as above. After completion of exercise and a normal cooling-down period, drink an additional serving. For extended training or workout sessions drink one serving every 2 hours. Try Metabolol Endurance as a breakfast drink. It has the high quality nutrients an athlete needs to start their day right.
