MOJO Bar does not contain any ingredients which contain dairy products. However, MOJO Bar is produced on the same manufacturing equipment as some other products which do contain dairy. Therefore, MOJO Bar must be labeled as Kosher dairy.

While found in many bars as a primary ingredient, Maltodextrin is used in MOJO Bar only in trace amounts as a carrier for powdered flavorings. The purpose of a carrier is to help evenly disperse strong ingredients such as dehydrated vinegar found in two of the MOJO Bar flavors.
