1.  Kidney pains?
   I have only been taking half a dose before and half after my workouts, but I've noticed that if I don't drink enough water when taking it, my kidney starts bothering me. Same thing if I take a full dose before and after. Anybody else with the same problem?

1.  Dosage: New user
   I'm 22 Yr Male, this time i'm serious with bodybuilding and started using this supplement.First time i consumed it(1 scoop in 1 glass milk) 35 mins before workout and had dinner after 40 mins of gap after wokout.I had trouble whole night with my stomach,loose motions.I'm not complaining about this renowned product,only want advice about dosage.
