Suggested Use:
1 packet and 3 tablespoons of juice into a tall glass before bedtime for PM formula and immediately after awakening for the AM formula. Wait for reactive foam to reduce. Add juice and drink. This is an amazing product. One medical doctor client of mine actually tested his GH levels before and then after two months of use. At 60 years old, his GH level was 4 and after two months of use it came back from the lab a 187!!
