  1.  Must for use with creatine
    Not reviewing product but rebose. Creatine monohydrate is four times more effective taken 5/1 with Ribose. absorbs better, and for an unknown reason stays in body much longer. I discussed with olympic trainers and athletes FOR helping a lady with untreatabile MDA illness - metabolic myopathy. Together it is helping keep her out of a wheel chair. She was falling up to ten times daily. No longer falling though still "dippy legged" If she stops ONE DAY she starts falling.
